Terms of service.

All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused resources, or accounts terminated for policy violations.

The following will get your server terminated without refund.

• DDoS activity: Launching, hosting, or facilitating denial-of-service attacks.
• Botnets & malware: Hosting, distributing, or operating botnets, malware, ransomware, or trojans.
• Scanning & exploitation: Unauthorised scanning, penetration testing, or exploitation of third-party systems.
• Child exploitation: Any activity involving child exploitation material.
• Spamming: Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or instant messages, including hosting spam software.
• Resource abuse: Workloads that degrade service quality for other customers.
• Cryptocurrency mining: Mining software, pools, or related workloads of any kind.
• Copyright infringement: Distributing content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Unauthorised reselling: Reselling or subletting services, resources, or IP addresses without written authorisation.
• Fraud & criminal use: Phishing, identity theft, scams, or any other illegal activity.

Our infrastructure operates under United States jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with applicable law, and we will act on valid legal process.

Invoices settle in cryptocurrency through OxaPay. Service runs in 30-day terms and each successful payment extends your expiry by 30 days. Unpaid servers are suspended at expiry and permanently deleted 3 days later.

You are responsible for everything that happens on your server and for safeguarding your credentials. Two-factor authentication is required to place orders.

We do not inspect, log, or retain your traffic. Root passwords are generated in memory, delivered once by email, and never stored - we cannot recover them for you.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice and without refund.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
